HF is seeking a Litigation Executive to join its Credit Hire team in Manchester/London. The role is hybrid and permanent, offering exposure to high-value credit hire litigation within a leading UK insurance law practice.

You will manage a caseload of litigated claims, collaborate with insurer clients, and contribute to strategic litigation efforts in a supportive, high-performing environment.

• Ideally 12 months’ experience handling credit hire files or experience within the insurance sector.
• A law degree with a strong interest in Credit Hire Litigation is desirable.
• A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a close-knit team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own caseload of litigated delegated authority small and/or fast-track credit hire claims (dependant on experience).
• Gain exposure to high-value and technically complex credit hire litigation, including cases exceeding £50K.
• Work on appeals, fraud matters and strategic litigation.
• Engage directly with insurer clients and help shape litigation strategy.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team committed to delivering excellent results.

What You’ll Be Doing
