Job Description:

The Kennedys motor practice is expanding and recruiting credit hire professionals to join the non-injury team in Manchester. We are seeking fee earners to handle defendant matters in the Small Claims, Fast Track, Multi Track, OIC, and MOJ arenas. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-quality caseload with diverse clients.

Team

Kennedys' Liability team manages pre- and post-litigation work, including small, large loss, fast, and multi-track claims. The team advises on motor liability, employers liability, and public liability matters.

• Insurers
• Self-insured companies

Cases

• Third Party Credit hire

Required experience

• 0-5 years' relevant experience*
• Litigation experience in claimant motor, motor defense, and credit hire work
• Previous client contact experience
• Negotiation skills
