Job summary

Bond Turner Limited in Liverpool invites applications for a Litigated Personal Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor. You will manage a litigated PI caseload from defence through settlement or trial, delivering clear legal advice and meeting deadlines.

We seek 1–2 years’ litigated personal injury experience, with strong organisation, communication, negotiation and client care skills. Hybrid working; superb benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a personal injury caseload, ideally litigated Fast Track files.
• Strong case management skills and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and within a team to deliver client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress your own litigated PI caseload from defence through to settlement or trial.
• Provide clear, professional and timely legal advice while managing client expectations.
• Work to deadlines and ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional client care at every stage of the process.
