Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Lithographic Section Leader in Port Talbot to lead daily lithography operations, monitor performance, and drive improvements. The role requires strong expertise in dry offset printing, colour management and collaboration with Pre-Press, Production and Quality teams.

You will analyse defects, implement corrective actions and promote lean manufacturing practices. Join a growing site with a strong customer base and excellent training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in lithographic manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dry offset printing processes.
• Ability to interpret artworks and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily lithography operations and monitor performance.
• Act as SME for dry offset printing, coatings, inks and curing.
• Set and uphold printing, coating, curing and colour standards.
• Collaborate with Pre-Press, Production, Quality and customers.
• Investigate defects and drive root cause analysis.
• Drive Lean, SMED and continuous improvement initiatives.
