Pin Point Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Lithographic Printer in Peterborough to join a fast-paced manufacturing team operating modern Heidelberg lithographic equipment.

You will set up, operate and maintain a 4 colour Heidelberg press, ensuring precise colour matching and registration while adhering to quality standards and safety procedures. The role offers long-term prospects and a structured shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain a 4 Colour Heidelberg Lithographic Printing Press.
• Produce high-quality printed work with consistent colour and accurate registration.
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep the press running.
• Monitor production to minimise waste and reduce downtime.
• Complete production records and quality documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues across production and finishing to meet deadlines.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

Salary: £17.00 per hour + £125 Monthly Attendance Bonus + Overtime Available

Pin Point Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading print manufacturing company in Peterborough to recruit an experienced Lithographic Printer to join their production team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business operating modern Heidelberg lithographic printing equipment in a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain a 4 Colour Heidelberg Lithographic Printing Press.
• Produce high-quality printed work, maintaining colour consistency and accurate registration throughout production.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep the press running efficiently.
• Monitor production to minimise waste and reduce downtime.
• Complete production records and quality documentation accurately.
• Work closely with colleagues across production and finishing departments to meet customer deadlines.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times.

Shift Pattern

• Working 12-hour shifts on a two-week rotating pattern:
• Week 1
• Thursday
• Friday
• Week 2
• Wednesday
• Thursday
• Friday
• Saturday (paid at time and one-third)

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating Heidelberg lithographic printing presses or similar equipment.
• Strong understanding of lithographic printing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
