Recruit4staff LTD are representing an established packaging business in Redhill and are seeking a Print Minder to operate the Heidelberg XL75 press to high standards. This permanent night-shift role runs Mon-Thu from 20:45 to 06:15, totaling 38 hours per week.

You will ensure all jobs are completed on time, assist with maintenance, and support colleagues during busy periods or absences. Experience in lithographic print presses is essential; Heidelberg XL75 experience is highly advantageous.

• Experience in a lithographic print press role as a number 1.
• A strong work ethic with a proactive and flexible approach.
• Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure.

Job Role: As a Print Minder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a Heidelberg XL75 press to high standards of quality and efficiency. You will need to work collaboratively with your colleagues and also perform effectively when working independently.

• Previous experience within a lithographic print press role as a number 1
• A strong work ethic with a proactive and flexible approach
• Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Experience with a Heidelberg XL75 (Highly Beneficial)
