Job summary

JLD Recruitment Ltd in Essex is seeking an experienced Property Lister/Valuer to generate new instructions and build strong client relationships. The role focuses on valuations, winning new business and negotiating fees.

Successful property business seeking an experienced Property Lister/Valuer to generate new instructions and develop strong client relationships.

The role will focus on property valuations, winning new business, negotiating fees, following up leads and supporting the sales team throughout the listing process.

Key requirements:

• Previous estate agency sales, valuation or listing experience
• Proven track record of winning instructions and meeting targets
• Strong negotiation, sales and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Good local property market knowledge
• Self-motivated, organised and commercially driven
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Experience as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Lister would be advantageous.

MondayFriday 9am6pm, with one weekday off, plus Saturday 9am5pm.
Salary enhancement available for use of own vehicle.
