Job summary
Vincere is seeking an experienced Property Valuer / Lister to join our Rochester team. This is a sales-focused role for those confident carrying out valuations, winning instructions and advising vendors on pricing and marketing.
Carry out valuations, win instructions, and convert valuations into listings while providing expert marketing strategies to maximise exposure and sale price. A permanent, full-time role with potential for progression and market-leading earnings in a dynamic estate agency
Qualifications
- Experience in residential estate agency, focusing on valuations or listings.
- Proven ability to win instructions and convert valuations into listings.
- Strong knowledge of local property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Full UK driving licence or access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Carry out accurate and competitive property valuations, providing vendors with professional advice on pricing and marketing.
- Win new instructions by building strong relationships and converting valuations into listings.
- Provide expert advice on the best marketing strategy to maximise exposure and achieve the best possible sale price.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and following up valuation opportunities.
- Monitor local market activity, property trends and competitor listings to identify new opportunities.
