Job summary

Collins Property Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an Islington estate agency to recruit an experienced Lister / Sales Department Head for their Islington office. This senior role focuses on driving new business, reaching personal targets, and elevating the performance of the sales team.

You will drive listings, manage vendors and buyers, and contribute to profitability and compliance while leading by example in a busy market. Relocation or remote options are not indicated.

Qualifications

• Experience within a busy estate agency or residential sales environment.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve personal targets.
• Commercially astute with the ability to maximise opportunities and minimise risk.
• Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and support those around you.
• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A full and clean UK driving licence.

We are delighted to be working with a leading estate agency to find them an experienced and ambitious Lister / Sales Department Head for their Islington office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agent to take on a senior role at one of the UK biggest offices with a focus on driving new business, achieving personal targets and helping to develop the performance of the wider sales team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving the generation of new business and developing opportunities
• Achieving personal sales, listing and revenue targets
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, colleagues and local contacts
• Supporting the office with a commercial understanding of profitability and P&L
• Maintaining high standards across compliance and internal audit requirements
• Identifying opportunities for cross-referrals across the wider business

As Lister / Sales Department Head, you will receive:

• £30,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary
• Competitive commission structure
• £80,000 - £100,00 OTE
• Company car or car allowance
