Nomura in London seeks a Regulatory Liquidity Reporting Controller to own the daily to quarterly regulatory reporting for the European consolidation group, including Nomura International plc. You will collaborate with teams in London, Mumbai and Tokyo to ensure accurate liquidity metrics and timely submissions.

The role requires solid liquidity reporting experience in investment banking, deep knowledge of PRA, EBA and JFSA rules, and strong IT/lifecycle understanding of data and governance.

Formación

• Liquidity reporting experience in an investment banking environment.
• Detailed knowledge of PRA and EBA liquidity regulations and reporting guidance.
• Experience with JFSA Basel III liquidity rules would be advantageous.
• Front-to-back trade lifecycle knowledge and its impact on liquidity reporting.
• Strong IT literacy and numerical skills.
• Familiarity with big data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Validate and submit PRA, EBA & JFSA returns to Regulator on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence.
• Lead the weekly PRA110 review, challenge, and submission process.
• Support Mumbai team in delivering regulatory liquidity reporting metrics for risk appetite.
• Explain variances and trends via commentaries and MI on liquidity across regimes.
• Lead user acceptance testing for IT system improvements across regimes to boost automation.
• Maintain end-to-end control and governance procedures for Regulatory Liquidity Reporting.
• Develop new MI and controls to improve timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
• Interpret, guide and challenge PRA, EBA and JFSA liquidity regulations with Regulatory Policy.
• Act as liaison between Regulatory Reporting, Treasury Liquidity Management, Change/ Project teams, Regulatory Policy & IT.
