Job summary

Nomura in London is seeking an EMEA Liquidity Manager (Vice President) to join the Treasury team. You will help develop and maintain liquidity risk management frameworks, coordinate with Wholesale, Risk and Regulators, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.

In this role you will work on LCR, NSFR analysis, and liquidity stress testing, with strong emphasis on data analysis, reporting governance, and stakeholder collaboration across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience in Treasury or Liquidity Risk.
• Strong knowledge of the EBA/PRA regulatory liquidity framework.
• Proven analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient IT skills with Excel and data tools (Python, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Support development of the firm's liquidity risk management framework.
• Collaborate with Wholesale, Risk and Regulators on liquidity risk management.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and liquidity stress testing initiatives.
