Job summary

Nomura Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Liquidity Reporting Controller on a 9-month contract in London. The role will run daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the European consolidated group, coordinating with Mumbai and Tokyo teams.

You will validate PRA, EBA and JFSA returns, drive process improvements, and support MI development while ensuring accuracy and strong governance across regulatory reporting for the UK finance division.

Qualifications

Liquidity reporting experience in an Investment Banking environment.
Detailed knowledge of PRA and EBA liquidity regulations and reporting guidance.
Experience with XBRL wrappers and taxonomy specifications for submissions.
Strong IT literacy and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Validate and submit PRA, EBA & JFSA returns daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Manage the weekly PRA110 review and submission process.
Support Mumbai team in producing regulatory liquidity reporting metrics.
Explain variances and trends through MI and commentary on liquidity flows.
Lead UAT for IT system improvements across liquidity regimes to boost automation.
Maintain end-to-end procedures for governance of Regulatory Liquidity Reporting.
Assist in building new MI and controls to improve timeliness and accuracy.
Support interpretation of PRA/EBA liquidity regulations with Regulatory Policy.
