Job description

Liquidity Methodology Implementation (LMI) - US Reporting

Join to apply for the Liquidity Methodology Implementation (LMI) - US Reporting role at Barclays Business Banking.

This role involves reviewing the interpretation of non-metric regulatory reports and methodologies related to liquidity reports, ensuring adherence to governance standards.

You will conduct periodic reviews of Barclays' system implementations concerning regulations, support the Regulatory Policy team with regulatory changes, and assess impacts on existing methodologies. Additionally, you will provide SME support to projects within Liquidity BoW, focusing on methodologies, regulatory rules, and interpretations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Functional Design: Supporting options analysis and recommendations in collaboration with SMEs.
  2. Data Analysis/Modelling/Governance: Designing data models and ensuring governance compliance per GDMS standards.
  3. End-to-End Process & Controls: Developing process and controls documentation and operational runbooks.
  4. Delivery/Implementation Support: Updating design requirements and managing project changes.
  5. Functional Testing: Developing scripts and data for testing requirements.

As an Assistant Vice President, you will:

  • Advise on decision-making, contribute to policy development, and collaborate across functions.
  • Lead a team or guide project teams, set objectives, and coach colleagues.
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors such as listening, inspiring, aligning, and developing others.
