Job summary

ADM Agriculture is seeking a Fertiliser Trader to drive profitable sales across retail and wholesale channels, focusing on the Liquid Fertiliser line and expanding the portfolio with innovative products. You will work with the National Fertiliser Manager to deliver growth, pricing, and excellent customer service across the UK.

The role requires strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build propositions for solid, liquid, and specialty fertilisers.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy for the liquid fertiliser line across retail and wholesale channels.
• Identify opportunities for new fertiliser products and successful launches.
• Support day-to-day fertiliser sales, pricing and customer enquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts and secure new ones.
• Represent ADM at supplier meetings and industry events.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the National Fertiliser Manager and the Fertiliser team to execute plans.
