A global insurance broker based in London is seeking a Technician to provide efficient Technical Processing services while adhering to compliance regulations. This role involves creating declaration slips, managing client inquiries, and ensuring key performance indicators are met. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, knowledge of insurance processes, and an ability to multi-task. Formación

• Knowledge of Sequel Eclipse Broking is advantageous.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and advanced working knowledge of Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Creating declaration slips, lineslips, and open market slips.
• Deal with incoming enquiries from Clients, Underwriters and third parties.
• Ensure all KPI’s are met.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of Sequel Eclipse Broking

Good communication and organisation skills

Ability to multi-task

Good technical and industry knowledge

Advanced knowledge of Excel
