Job summary

This role requires you to prepare and deliver stock, support the morning shift, keep the linen room clean, and maintain accurate records. A can-do attitude, reliability and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritise and organise yourself.

• Able to work under pressure and at high speed.
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, reaching, standing and walking.

• Willingness to develop skills in luggage service, laundry services and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Moving trolleys to prepare the area for the morning shift.
• Separating food and beverage linen.
• Separating linen to be washed internally and externally.
• Returning uniforms to colleagues.
• Collecting guest laundry overnight and carrying out express services when needed.
• Separate dry cleaning from other garments within colleague laundry.
• Keep accurate records of linen and uniforms.
• Keep the linen room clean and tidy.
• Ensure machines are prepared for the morning shift.
• Other duties as specified by Housekeeping leadership.
