Job summary

Warner Hotels Group is seeking a Linen Porter at Studley Castle to support the housekeeping team and ensure guests experience a spotless, welcoming environment. You will work with the Housekeeping Manager and team leaders to manage guest journeys from arrival to room, maintaining high standards across rooms and public areas.

The role offers on-site work with opportunities for live-in housing and access to leisure facilities. A spirit of service, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are prized.

Hourly rate: Up to £12.40 per hour dependent on age

What will I be doing?

As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great service within the housekeeping department. Alongside the Housekeeping Manager and the Housekeeping Team Leaders you will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the guest journey from the moment they arrive to their room.

By working together with a large diverse and multi-skilled team, you will ensure all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay in a perfectly kept room.
