Harbour Hotels Group is seeking a Linen Porter to join our team in Greater London. You will check linen deliveries, ensure storage is neat, and distribute linen to departments. A friendly personality, can-do attitude, and flexibility are essential, as is a good command of English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to check linen deliveries and store them properly.
• Able to move linen around the hotel; physically fit.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude and passion for service.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Check linen deliveries and ensure linen is neatly stored in linen stores.
• Distribute linen to all relevant departments.
• Maintain organisation and hygiene in the linen stores.
• Assist with guest services as needed.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Linen Porter to join the team. As Linen Porter you will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, a flexible approach to work and a passion for customer service excellence. As Linen Porter your main responsibility will be responsible for checking linen deliveries, ensuring all is neatly stored in the linen stores and distributing to all relevant departments. You will need to be physically fit due to moving linen around the hotel, have an organised approach to your work and a keen eye for detail. A good command of the English language is essential.
