Job summary

Warner Hotels Group is hiring a Linen Porter at Alvaston Hall, a Grade II listed Victorian country house. Join a supportive housekeeping team delivering a first-class guest experience in a historic Cheshire setting.

You will help keep guest rooms and public areas pristine, assist sleep-liaison with Housekeeping Manager and Team Leaders, and contribute to a smooth guest journey from arrival to departure. The role offers development opportunities and a friendly, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to contribute to a team-focused housekeeping operation.

Join our team at Alvaston Hall, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This beautiful 253-bedroom hotel is a Grade II listed Victorian half-timbered country house, making a great base for exploring Cheshire’s green spaces and history.

Hourly rate: Up to £12.40 per hour dependent on age

What will I be doing?

As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great service within the housekeeping department. Alongside the Housekeeping Manager and the Housekeeping Team Leaders you will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the guest journey from the moment they arrive to their room.

By working together with a large diverse and multi-skilled team, you will ensure all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay in a perfectly kept room.
