Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking Line Leaders at our Ruskington site to drive daily production and packaging to high quality standards. You will work on a rolling shift pattern, covering mornings and afternoons, with Sundays as the rest day, and contribute to meeting customer specifications.

You will be part of a team focused on continuous improvement, safety, and quality, with overtime paid at premium rates and opportunities for progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a machine operative or similar role.
• Good communication skills and clear literacy and numeracy.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation and initiative.
• Hands-on approach to solving issues and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production targets are met and products are produced to customer specs.
• Pack products to high standards while adhering to H&S and Food Safety standards.
• Support team, follow company policies and participate in shift routines.

Shifts available: Mornings & Afternoons

We specialise in Snacking Products which include Scotch Eggs, cocktail sausages, mini filled bites and seasonal products.

Successful candidates will join us on permanent basis. In your role you will be ensure that production targets are met and all our products are produced & packaged to high standard and according to the customer specification whilst ensuring team members are adhering to Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.
