Culina is recruiting for a Production Team Leader to drive a shift-based team in our Integrated Packing Services division. You will ensure products meet client specifications and uphold GMP standards while continuously improving processes and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, with a focus on achieving daily production targets within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Formación

• Experience leading manufacturing teams.

• Proven track record in GMP and quality practices.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate a team to meet production targets and maintain output.
• Ensure products meet client specifications and quality standards.
• Maximise production efficiency to hit hourly and daily plans.
• Adhere to health, safety and quality regulations and promote best practice.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and systems per procedures.
