Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking a Line Leader in Haverhill to drive efficient, high-quality production by supporting day-to-day line operations and developing the team under the Area Manager.

You will focus on building capability, maintaining compliance standards, and achieving production targets safely. This role offers hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production line in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and people development skills.
• Able to train starters and operatives to build a multi-skilled team.
• Good numerical skills and documentation accuracy.
• Committed to quality, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production line activities with the Area Manager.
• Support line performance to meet targets, speeds and quality.
• Train and develop new starters and existing operatives.
• Monitor performance and contribute to training plans.
• Identify challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards.
• Complete production paperwork and records accurately.
• Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
