Job summary

AMFRESH Group is hiring a Line Leader for our Alconbury Weald site. This permanent role follows a 4 on, 4 off pattern from 07:00 to 19:30, with an hourly rate of £13.70–£14.90 depending on experience. You will lead one production line, support the team, monitor targets and complete shift handovers.

We provide comprehensive on-site training and development, with long-term career growth in a growing UK fresh-produce business. Join a diverse team and contribute to high-quality outputs daily.

About The Role

We are recruiting for a Line Leader at our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This is a permanent, weekly-paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

Our Line Leader Academy Masterclass gives you the skills, knowledge and confidence to become a successful Line Leader.

• Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (07:00 to 19:30)
• Hourly Rate: £13.70 - £14.90 DOE - with higher earning after!

As an AMFRESH Line Leader, you will:

• Manage one of our production lines.
• Look after General Operatives working on your line.
• Monitor if your line is meeting targets ad find better ways to do this.
• Complete paperwork to record how your line is performing.
• Carry out floor checks and ensure PPE is being worn correctly.
• Complete a handover for the next shift.

• Any leadership or people management experience.
• Good attention to detail and communication.
