Role and Responsibilities

As a Line Leader for Logistics People, your role will include:

• Operate packing machinery and production lines.
• Manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, in accordance with QA and safety standards.
• Motivate a team to meet production targets effectively.
• Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI).
• Maximize production efficiency to meet daily and hourly plans.
• Follow and promote health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Complete all paperwork and systems accurately according to company procedures.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by the Shift Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working on a production line or in a similar role.
• Organizational and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
