The role

You'll be responsible for setting up and running production lines to ensure the right product is packed to the highest quality, food safety, and customer standards. You'll lead a small team of operatives, monitor KPIs, complete paperwork, manage hygiene tasks, and respond to issues impacting efficiency.

This hands-on position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy production setting and leads by example.

About you

• Experience in FMCG, ideally in fresh produce or food manufacturing
• Food Safety Level 2 & Health & Safety Level 2 (essential)
• Line Leader or Machine Operator experience (preferred)
• Strong communicator who motivates others and maximizes team performance
• Good attention to detail and confidence in completing production paperwork
• Able to commute reliably without public transport
