Great opportunity to work as a Line Leader for our client's site which manufactures Italian Ready Meals for Marks and Spencer.

Staffline is recruiting a Line Leader in Boston.

The rate of pay is:

1. Days £ per hour
2. Nights £ per hour

There is a free shuttle bus from Boston to get to work!

Temp to perm opportunity!

This is a full-time role working a continental shift pattern with the following hours:

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

Your Role at Work

As a line leader, you are responsible for ensuring the line is equipped and set up correctly according to the recipe. You need to ensure the correct labour is in place to run the line efficiently.

You will need to be an excellent people person, demonstrating ethical and compassionate behaviors towards others.

Our Perfect Worker

Previous experience as a Line Leader in food manufacturing is desirable. However, experience in related food manufacturing skills such as hygiene or cooking is also valuable.

Please note this role involves working in a chilled environment.
