Job Title: Production Line Leader

Location: Hull

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus Excellent Benefits Package

Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts - 8am until 4:30pm

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for food production? Join our team as a Production Line Leader and take charge of a team of experienced production operatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coach a team to achieve the production plan.
2. Onboarding and inducting new starters.
3. Report maintenance and technical issues to senior management.
4. Work to KPIs on efficiencies and improvements.
5. Ensure quality standards are maintained.
6. Adhere to and enforce a "clean as you go" policy.
7. Support Senior Management in implementing change initiatives.
