Job summary

Blanco Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is hiring Chefs to join our busy kitchen teams. You’ll cook fresh food to spec, support the Head Chef, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly from prep to plate.

We offer hourly pay up to £12.71 plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and a 50% discount on food and drinks from day one. Great career development and strong team culture across 300+ sites in England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Evidence of a passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Demonstrated reliability: shows up on time and gives full effort.
• Ability to work with pace and maintain positive attitude.
• Team player with good communication and collaboration.
• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in high‑volume kitchens.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
