Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Line Facilitator to lead resources on the production line in Blackpool, UK. This role focuses on maintaining GMP compliance, safety, and quality while driving continuous improvement in cycle times and throughput.

You will collaborate with planning, stores, maintenance and quality teams to maximize efficiency and uphold environmental, health and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCSE level (or equivalent) numeracy and literacy
• Hands-on experience working under GMP conditions to ensure compliant, traceable, and hygienic production processes in a regulatory environment
• Develop working relationships with planning, stores, maintenance and quality control teams to maximize safety, quality, and efficiency
• Understands cycle time, monitors and escalates to Value Stream Leader when cycle times deviate
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition

Responsibilities

• Lead resources to add value to production operations while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality and business systems
• Drive operational excellence in the areas under their control
• Support adherence to GMP and housekeeping within the work cell
• Ensure equipment is operated per procedures and SOPs
• Raise non-conformances (NCs) and lead investigations
• Escalate health and safety issues to the Value Stream Leader and relevant bodies
