Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Line Facilitator in Blackpool, United Kingdom, to lead production resources and drive operational excellence while ensuring GMP compliance and safety across the line. You will collaborate with planning, stores, maintenance and quality teams to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes adherence to health, safety and environmental practices, with a focus on reducing NCs and improving cycle times within the manufacturing cell.

Formación

• Minimum GCSE level (or equivalent) numeracy and literacy.
• Hands-on GMP production in a regulatory environment.
• Develop working relationships with planning, stores, maintenance and quality control teams to maximize safety, quality and efficiency.
• Understands cycle time and escalates deviations to the Value Stream Leader.
• Complies with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ensures that subordinates follow Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
