• Understand cycle time, monitor and escalate deviations to Value Stream Leader.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental practices and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead resources to add value to production operations while ensuring safety, environmental, quality and business systems.
• Act as catalyst for improvement in the performance of the production lines and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure equipment is operated per procedures and maintain documentation.
• Raise awareness of non-conformances and lead investigations when initiated on shift.
