Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is hiring a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie for Huck's American Bar and Grill at Longleat Forest. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to high standards while supervising Kitchen Assistants and assisting the Kitchen Manager in their absence.

This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours every 4 weeks and opportunities for career development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to high standards.
• Supervise Kitchen Assistants and support the Kitchen Manager when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements.
• Assist with stock control, portioning and reducing waste.
