Responsibilities

• Receive and order products for kitchen operation.
• Prepare recipes and menu items to specification.
• Label, date, and refrigerate prepped items for the line.
• Open/close shifts, stock and break down kitchen and prep areas.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen, line, expo, dish room and back dock.
• Operate dish machine and wash dishes.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and Front-of-the-House staff.
• Act as liaison between Heart-of-the-House and Front-of-House teams.
