Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Tasks include preparing and cooking meals, inspecting kitchens, training staff, ordering supplies, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, cleaning, organizing buffets and banquets, and managing kitchen operations.
Supervision: Cook (general).
Certificates: Safe Food Handling certificate, Food Safety Certificate.
