Job summary

Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking a Line Controller to join our Grantham team. You will set up and adjust process machinery to ensure product safety and quality, while monitoring production to meet specification parameters. The role includes lifting up to 25 kg and handling line changeovers with reporting of issues to your line manager.

Shifts run Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 on an alternating pattern. Salary starts from £578 per week (£30,056 per year).

Qualifications

• Previous line/production experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In the line controller role you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting process machinery in order to ensure product safety and quality. You will be monitoring the product and machinery during production to ensure specification parameters are met.

In the role you will be required to fill machines with ingredients which may include lifting up to 25KG bags.

You will focus on the efficient running of the line and changeovers when producing different products. You will also report any issues with product or machinery to you line manager to be resolved.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 alternating

Salary starts from £578 per week, £30 056 per year.
