Job summary

Loungers plc, maker of Fuego Lounge, is seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll cook to spec, support the Head Chef, and help maintain high standards from prep to plate in a busy, friendly environment.

Offering up to £13.40/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, this role suits someone reliable who thrives in a team and enjoys flexible, varied hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain standards across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times; work with FOH to deliver a great experience.
