Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Hudo Lounge. This role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Open to experienced Chef, Chef de Partie, Line Chef, or Grill Chef.

You’ll cook fresh food to spec, support the Head Chef, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and follow food safety practices. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role with opportunities for development and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
