Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is hiring a Line Chef to join our airport-based kitchen teams. You will prepare and deliver high-quality meals on the front line, whether at the grill or pasta station, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

Shifts may start as early as 3am, requiring flexibility and reliability. We offer free meals on shift, generous brand-wide discounts with no guest limits, employee training, and other career opportunities within TRG.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef or assistant chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in an airport setting.
• Flexible hours; shifts can start as early as 3am.
• Provide 5-year work/education/personal reference history and pass criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver meals on the front line of the kitchen, including grill and pasta sections.
• Create unforgettable guest experiences while following company standards.
• Listen to feedback, manage time effectively, and work with the team or independently during peak shifts.

What We're Looking For In Our Chefs

• We'd love you to have experience of working as an assistant chef or a chef.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
• Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start at 3am.
• Also be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
