Job summary

The Restaurant Group is hiring a Line Chef to join our team and help create memorable guest experiences. You’ll work on the front line of the kitchen, whether it’s the grill or pasta section, preparing and delivering delicious dishes to a fast-paced audience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef or assistant chef in a busy kitchen.
• Able to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours including early starts around 3am.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver delicious food on the line, whether grill or pasta sections.
• Maintain high standards and follow company procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with the team and manage time during peak shifts.

What We're Looking For In Our Chefs

• We'd love you to have experience of working as an assistant chef or a chef.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
• Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start at 3am.
• Also be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
