Job description

Working week: 30 hours

This role includes a variable service charge not displayed in the advertised salary.

We are excited to announce that we have a Commis Chef role available in Bracknell Fuego.

Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late-night working, giving a rare and much sought after work-life balance.

What do we look for?

  • Previous experience in hospitality as a Commis, Demi Chef, or Chef de Partie is preferable.
  • A proven track record in producing high-quality restaurant food is essential.
  • Excellent skills and product knowledge as well as awareness of food trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous ways of working.
  • Passionate about food with the aptitude to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working.
