Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is recruiting for matchday roles within its hospitality and catering operations at Lincoln stadium. The position offers flexible, casual work during home matchdays and stadium events, with pay rates announced at £12.16 for those aged 18+ and £8.97 for those under 18, all inclusive of holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen, catering, hospitality, or cleaning environment is desirable but not essential.

• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and stadium events.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment during service.
• Assisting chefs and kitchen teams with basic preparation and organisational tasks when required.
• Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
• Supporting the smooth operation of food service areas before, during, and after events.
• Following food safety, health and safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.

Role Purpose

Good to know

The pay rate is £12.16 for those aged 18 and over, and £8.97 for those under 18, with both rates inclusive of holiday pay.
