This role includes installation, rigging, and programming lighting equipment, as well as supervising teams to ensure timely project delivery. The position requires flexibility with working hours and travel when necessary.

Qualifications

• Understand and interpret technical plans and direction.
• Work under pressure to a given timeline/build schedule.
• Lead and manage a department or team on site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, install, operate, and de-rig production equipment.
• Manage and supervise other technicians, freelancers, and local crew.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policy.
