Qualifications

• 4+ years of field experience in the lighting specialty area.
• Experience dealing with production stakeholders.
• Must have undergone at least one industry-related training course.

Responsibilities

• Specify, design, and operate lighting for various shows.
• Lead teams on events and production sites.
• Support skill development across the business.
• Perform advanced event-related work with the operations team.

Skills

Operation of Avolites, ETC Eos or MA consoles

Basic fixture maintenance/repairs

CAD design software (Vectorworks, Capture, Wysiwyg, AutoCAD)

Event production experience

Understanding of DMX

Knowledge of production power

Safe rigging practices

Ability to read lighting plans/plots
