Job summary

DiverseJobsMatter is seeking an experienced Lighting Technician for a leading arts and entertainment venue to join the Production and Technical team for the autumn and Christmas season. You will support a varied programme of live events, operating and maintaining complex lighting systems for internal and external clients.

• Proven experience as Lighting Technician in live events, entertainment or production environments.
• Strong knowledge of complex lighting systems.
• Demonstrable experience maintaining large moving-light rigs.
• Experience adapting lighting rigs for changing production requirements.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Dedicated and collaborative approach to work.
• Willingness to develop new skills within an established technical team.

Overview

Our client, a leading arts and entertainment venue, is seeking an experienced Lighting Technician to join its Production and Technical team for the autumn and Christmas season.

The role will support a varied programme of live events and productions across a main stage and other performance spaces. Working alongside lighting technicians, designers and operators, the successful candidate will help deliver, operate and maintain complex lighting systems for internal and external clients.

This is an opportunity to develop further technical expertise while contributing to challenging, high-profile productions in a fast-paced live events environment.
