John Lewis Partnership is seeking a skilled vehicle technician to maintain the Waitrose E Commerce Vehicle fleet and on-site branch vehicles. You will perform scheduled repairs with a focus on quality and cost efficiency, while supporting the transport department.
The role involves working in our vehicle workshop, with a two-week rota and inclusion of some Saturday mornings at a premium overtime rate. A Full UK Driving Licence is required.
To carry out scheduled repair and maintenance of the Waitrose E Commerce Vehicle fleet and outlying branch vehicles, in a professional and competent manner. Providing technical support to the on site transport department and Local Waitrose and John Lewis branches., To carry out scheduled repair and maintenance of the on site E commerce light commercial fleet. - To carry out repair and maintenance of outlying commercial and light commercial vehicles for John Lewis and Waitrose branches and CDHs. - You'll be aware of best practices and current commercial vehicle repair techniques, to deliver high-quality repairs are carried out in a cost-effective manner and that the use of spare parts and consumables reflects the level of work carried out.
