Job summary

Precision People in Loughborough is seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor for a three-month contract. You will oversee lifting operations, conduct pre-lift briefings, and coordinate crane operators and site teams.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CPCS A62 Lifting Operations Supervisor qualification and has proven supervisory experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with full PPE and the right to work in the UK.

Lifting Supervisor - Loughborough

We are looking for an experienced Lifting Supervisor with a valid CPCS A62 qualification for a three-month contract in Loughborough.

Contract details:

• Pay: £30 CIS per hour, depending on experience
• Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am-12:30pm
• Contract length: 3 months
• Immediate start available

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising lifting operations in accordance with approved lift plans
• Conducting pre-lift briefings and toolbox talks
• Coordinating crane operators, slinger signallers and site teams
• Ensuring lifting equipment is inspected and suitable for use
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• Stopping operations if unsafe conditions arise

Requirements:
