Job summary

P+S Personnel are seeking an Operations & Lifting Manager to join their team in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, temporary basis for up to 3 months. You will oversee the lifting division, supervise engineers and office staff, and ensure efficient operations.

Strong leadership and knowledge of lifting operations are essential to drive compliance and performance. Experience with LOLER regulations and NEBOSH certification is advantageous; NECESSARY but not essential.

• Familiarity with LOLER regulations and practical application.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of the lifting division, supervising engineers, office staff and operations.
• Monitor and manage the division manager's emails and ensure prompt communications.
• Understand and streamline division processes to maintain efficiency.
• Coordinate with lifting engineers on loading expansions and field operations.
• Oversee procurement and sale of lifting equipment, ensuring compliance with standards.
