Job summary

WH Scott Group in Bristol is seeking a highly organized Lifting Gear & Workshop Coordinator to manage lifting equipment, inspect and certify gear, and oversee warehouse stock. The role emphasizes compliance with safety standards, administration, and coordination with suppliers and customers.

You will ensure equipment is maintained to high quality and safety standards while supporting operations and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, stock control, or lifting equipment management.

Responsibilities

• Manage loose lifting gear warehouse stock and control goods-in/goods-out.
• Coordinate storage and distribution of lifting equipment and maintain stock records.
• Verify and certify lifting equipment in line with relevant standards and coordinate inspections.
• Carry out inspection, maintenance, testing and assembly of lifting equipment.
• Handle lifting equipment administration, service coordination, and supplier liaison.
• Ensure QA/QC checks and compliance with health & safety requirements.
