Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Regional Technical Support Engineer to maintain and service elevator and escalator units across the London area. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing troubleshooting and on-site support while ensuring safety and quality in every interaction.

You should be NVQ 4 qualified in lift servicing, hold a valid driver's license, and have strong electrical engineering skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ 4 (or equivalent) in lift servicing and repairs.
• Proficient in electricity and electrical engineering principles.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 100% of elevator maintenance and service visits within your territory.
• Work within defined geographical area, managing the portfolio of elevators.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to achieve first-time fix where possible.
• Perform minor repairs to ensure continued operation.
• Liaise with customers on site to build a good working relationship.
