Job summary

Matchtech are seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor with a valid Slinger/Signaller ticket for an active tunnelling project in Rugby. The role supports shaft works on site from 5 October 2026 to 28 December 2026, coordinating crane operators and site teams while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Candidates must hold a Lift Supervisor ticket, a Slinger/Signaller ticket, and have prior tunnelling experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lift Supervisor on tunnelling or shaft projects.
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations and lift plans.
• Ability to coordinate crane operators, slingers and site teams.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
